One of the first lessons Dana Gray learned while growing up in a family of multi-generational entrepreneurs was that “if you take care of your customers, they’ll take care of you.” Her dedication to client care, plus her compassion, tenacity, and spirit have helped her become a top-producing, award-winning real estate professional and a 5-star agent across Zillow and Google. Even more meaningful to Dana is the consistent feedback she hears directly from her clients about the ease and confidence they experience when in her care. Before her real estate career, Dana was an entrepreneur, girl scout leader of 7 years, and worked for the governor of California.
Dana founded Gray Group Real Estate in 2022, after earning nearly every major award at one of the biggest brokerages in the world. Dana's talent and enthusiasm and specialized designations pair perfectly with many clients, including first-time and move-up buyers, downsizing retirees, luxury buyers, and sellers who want their homes to shine! Along with Dana's renovation mastery, she's a First Time Buyer Specialist (FTBS), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), and a Lifetime Masters Club Member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors® (SAR). Family always comes first for this Sacramento native, Dana and her husband Matt have two children, Sarah and Dylan. They're busy like most families, and theirs has a dog and ten backyard chickens! Dana is also very active in her community and is a proud supporter of various community events. When Dana isn’t with clients, you can find her enjoying time with family and friends, hiking around Northern California, or gardening in her yard.
